it has been a while since the last update.
So much has happened since then, but to busy to update on a regular basis :(
Well, we got the plans from the council - all approved with one small window change :) thanks god that was all :)
We went through the internal colour selections - everything has been finalized besides tiles - these will be chosen a the lock up stage.
Today we went to check up how is everything going on the construction site, because i have been told by our great ( and I mean it - this man reads my mind :) ) site supervisor that something was meant to start. We visited the site this morning to discover that the excavation has been done ( already!!!!) and the site is being prepared for slab :) so happy with how fast it s all moving. I know that some may say - it is just excavation - to be honest - any progress is a good thing and I am glad to see that if the sire supervisor says to me: if the weather is good we will do this and that by then - and it actually happens - no bulshitting or laim excuses - just simple time frame and doing the job :) very refreshing after the recent events with the office staff member at the builders who completely forgot that she is still providing customer service and we are the clients. Oh well :)
